Starting pay is decent. Busy. Continual growth in the amount of properties they own and build.
Cons
They are a small company with a large company relationship to employees so although the language used is that they are employee focused upper management is disconnected from their employees. Do not give pay raises until after first year. Lack of consistency, training and follow-through.
