I had the pleasure of being at MEC for slightly over 2 years and what struck me most was not the high-performance orientation of the team, or the meritocratic approach to growth and exposure, or even the extremely flat structure of the team. It is that the team truly lives by the values it espouses. A fish and a bird can truly co-exist and thrive in this place. MEC has a high bar for talent (almost painfully so) and that reflected in the quality of colleagues I had a chance to work with. Sidharth (founder and chief-analyst) is almost a fanatic for pushing his team to learn and grow at a fast pace + quality delivery to the firm's clients.

1. At MEC, quality of client assignments is really good. MEC helps clients in their growth strategies. 2. Training program is well structured and thus add value to the skill sets of the employees 3. Mentorship program is also a really good initiative, where mentors are helping in the learning and growth of their members. This program helped me a lot to learn and grow. 4. Management is really helpful and I always had the support from them in whatever problems i faced
