1. If you're working at the head office, be prepared to go up and down the stairs; there is no elevator and the place is not really very friendly to people with special physical needs.
2. Depending on who your manager is, you might be required to clock in early and leave quite late.
3. No overtime benefits.
4. Pay scales are below market average.
5. Very vague annual performance evaluation policy that keeps changing every now and then.
6. You can expect a very good performance review, increment and bonus IF you're on very good terms with senior leadership: your line manager has little say in what you eventually get.
7. You might end up working for YEARS with minimal increments and absolutely no promotion. That happens only if you're in the senior leadership's good books.
8. Roles are often dead-end. There are no career growth plans. The company relies more on ad-hoc decisions and see-as-you-go basis.
