      - A great team of very clever, creative and interesting people - Very transparent leadership - People's inputs and opinions are heard - Interesting clients and projects (a great opportunity to learn about so many different industries)

      Cons

      - Company going through the pains of sustainable growth: -- Processes still being implemented. Needs a bit of patience. -- sometimes workload is not sufficient. Especially in Asia as many clients seem to have price as the main supplier selection criteria and quality has a low weight
