-Pleasant co-workers & work environment -Ability to work on or off-site -Vacation quickly accrued -Flex time + some flexibility with your schedule
Cons
-Lack of communication amongst departments can be frustrating -Minimal training -Only learn pieces of software as needed... need to be proactive & request more training if needed

Pros
CEO can be tough but you can learn a lot from him. The majority of the employees are wonderful people to work with. Fun office culture.
Cons
Beware of some of the entitled seasoned employees. Instead of being helpful, they are far from it - often gossipy, undermining, and lazy - particularly one seasoned sales person. He will make you do all his work for you and then take credit for himself and then throw you under the bus when his laziness starts to bite him in the behind. And don't bother trying to do anything about it because he's grandfathered in to the entitled seasoned employee club.
