      Pros

      They have great brands, some of which have been clients of theirs for years, and the team is highly organized/process-oriented which is great. Salaries are great for PR agency standards.

      Cons

      More corporate vibes than you would expect for a boutique PR agency. Very much want you to fit a certain mold

      Pros

      Maybe it's a good place to start out your PR career, but would not recommend working here after you know what it's like to work at a well-run agency.

      Cons

      I was miserable at mml and would not recommend taking a job there. Management and many colleagues were condescending and unprofessional in so many ways. Work life balance is non-existent. I worked 12 hours pretty much daily.
