      UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

      Pros

      You have good, sometimes great, days when management isn't in the office. However, you must be weary of the impending emails of doom where you get berated, chastised and abused through very unprofessional and childish emails from both the CEO and COO. Pray for those good days. They are far and few between.

      Cons

      Unprofessional environment, filled with a headquarters worth of staff that are too afraid to do their jobs out of fear they will get yelled at. If you do a great job, there will always be a negative outcome as the CEO and COO will find any reason to keep you from excelling. If you excel, you will expect a raise, and raises do not happen. If you do actually mess up, expect it to go public.

      Owners are dysfunctional

      Pros

      Being on client site is the saving grace of my time at this company. As long as you're billable, it's all good.

      Cons

      The husband and wife owners bring their dysfunction to the office and it impacts everyone and everything. Don't cross them, don't offer an opinion that doesn't match theirs, and don't imply that they don't know everything. You'll be just fine. As long as you don't count on them keeping their word.

      MOSAIC's internal departments do demand a certain type of individual who can succeed in a high-paced and demanding environment and we are sorry that the environment wasn't a good fit for you.       Good Company but lacking leadership

      Pros

      MOSAIC is a small company and that affords its employees the benefit of a more personal experience. The pay is good and the company events are a lot of fun. My understanding is that the benefits used to be much better than they are now but they are still pretty good.

      Cons

      The benefits are decent, however, they do not like to pay the 401K. There seems to be a lot of contention between the upper echelon the owner and his wife, and the next level of management. The owner's wife can make life difficult for anyone she feels has crossed her or those who are affiliated with someone who has crossed her.

Our benefits have always been competitive and the 401K is no exception as long as you understand the qualifying terms prior to your optional participation. As MOSAIC grows, so does our need for managers who are dynamic, positive, and who understand that true management requires the ability to work with and for all types of people. Those who possess these characteristics have proven to be successful. We understand that this was not your experience and we will continue to elevate or hire managers who can help strengthen our company and overcome some of the issues you have highlighted here.
