CEO (and owner) is clearly and amateur, he could carry on with the company only thanks to his friendship with customers. He throws you in the game and disappear. Do not accept a job from this company if you want to grow professionally, do not accept a job from this company if you expect to be treated with empathy. Accept a job from this company only for the money.
