There is a long term trend (going on for years) of people leaving due to work related stress. Seems like no matter what is promised, things don’t change. It’s all talk and no action.

-Managment creates poisonous atmosphere. -Salary is extremely low. -New inhouse system generates 100x times more problem than help. -Despite the company is making enourmous profits every year, managment does not provide any useful benefits, and squeezing every department to nervous brekdown. -So many meetings that I couldn't get work done
