Pros
It has been a year and a bit since I joined Macuject and I believe we have one of the best and most unique cultures. You are given the opportunity to innovate while growing into an actively contributing member of the team rather than passively participating. The technical team is improving daily to adapt to the best practices in both AI / ML and other aspects of the technical stack (platform/web), therefore regardless of being an early startup, your career can progress uniquely and strongly. Daily collaborations with the clinical team are another unique aspect of Macuject, where you feel you belong to the whole of Macuject rather than being alone in the technical team. I cannot speak highly of the culture here at Macuject, where WFH and flexible hours are a nice addition to the amazing culture.
Cons
Macuject has a deliberate slow growth in terms of headcount, however, that makes the progress more sustainable.
