      Great team, easy to discuss ideas and get help. Flexible schedule and remote work opportunities. Interesting projects, including international ones, which provide valuable experience. Friendly atmosphere, it’s easy for newcomers to adapt. Management is generally open and willing to listen to suggestions.

      Cons

      On smaller projects, onboarding could be improved. The work pace can be intense, especially at the beginning of projects.
