The worst one is that no satisfactory in work culture, If there is no satisfaction in work culture, how can there be encouragement in work, there are many misaligned timings which means there is no fixed time, it is very frustrating to leave the office at very late hours yet getting scolded at morning for coming late, there is also partiality with people I personally see many partiality within staffs and senior members
