They don't have any kind of process. You can be hired anytime and you can be fired anytime. The owner doesn't has the sense to speak to you. There is a HR named Bhumija or Bhumi. She is there to built all the stories for all their fraud hirings as the company runs a tech support business on tha name of IT organisation. They are just there to spoil the carrer of senior professionals.
