Ridiculous working hours (7:30am - 5pm) no flexible working or WFH options. Very awkward and uncomfortable working environment. No music/radio allowed so everyone had to sit in silence. Pretend to care about the welfare of employees, but their actions show very differently. They are very much a “seen to be doing the right thing” sort of company, but in reality they aren’t. Office is ran like a dictatorship. I was very much made to feel like a number and not valued whatsoever. Sexist and racist remarks were made in the office by colleagues. Penalised for having time off and booking annual leave
