Pros
You get to enjoy good quality cosmetics and those who wants to build a portfolio or graduated from a makeup school is highly recommended.
Cons
While you only get a staff discount even though you're demonstrating and facilitating workshops, the management gives free products to influencers. The hardworking who has the top sales deserve at least one or two products so they are motivated to market the products and branding.
