      Pros

      I’ve been working here for almost four years, and it’s been a great journey :) The environment is collaborative, and I’ve built strong relationships not only with my close team but also with the CEO, which is rare and so valuable. This is a place where you can really grow, if you want. I’m constantly learning and expanding my skills, and the support from everyone around makes it even better.

      Cons

      Sometimes the time zone differences mean I have to tweak my schedule to chat with someone, but it doesn’t happen often and isn’t a big deal

      Everyone here works together as a team. The management team genuinely cares about employee well-being. They’re always available for guidance and provide constructive feedback that helps us grow professionally.

      Cons

      Sometimes, communication between departments can get a bit tricky because of time zone differences. That said, it's no big deal — everyone works together to make it works.
