Pros
Malone Group lives by their values. They treat everyone with the same respect and always operate from the truth. There is always something new and exciting to work on.
Cons
Not a huge amount I would say is a negative.

Pros
Interesting projects but they can be few and far between!
Cons
Bad culture. Agreed optional working from home at interview phase but now have removed it. Miserable with company days out, 2 drink tokens at xmas party. Poor flexibility with leaving early / starting late if needed. More interested in having bums on seats in the office than productivity.
