      Pros

      Great team to work for. Great monthly prizes and staff night outs

      Cons

      Calls can be repetitive. Also work with a lot of young ones who you sometimes have to fix their mistakes. You have to work weekends and over Christmas holidays

      Good colleagues and decent experience to put on a cv

      Cons

      Management only cares how much money you make the company and won’t help you improve. The pay is minimum wage with no incentives so not much motivation to do better.
