If you want to feel like you're in jail, work in a toxic environment with terrible management, waste your time, and destroy your mental health, then Mansa Web Solutions is the place for you.
Cons
You can only go outside for 15 minutes during an 8-hour shift. HR and Ramandeep are dishonest and take employees' money. Phones are not allowed, even in emergencies. Office politics and employee manipulation are common. They also take your original documents, falsely telling freshers it's legal.
