The pay at the company is good. You also get a company car, phone, phone subscription, laptop, medical insurance, option for bike leasing, meal vouchers, etc. That being said, the pay is pretty good if you are willing to play it hard, otherwise you'll be overlooked.

Cons

Since the takeover, the company is a mess. No structure, favoritism runs rampant, it's all about who you know. Dozens of people working multiple years at the company have left in the last 4 years. Hope for them it turns back around. They lost a lot of experience.
