An exploitative employer who treats his employees as slaves
Pros
Maybe free coffee at cantina
Cons
If there are projects, there is work, and if there are no projects, the owner first terminates the contracts of B2B employees and then permanent employees. In terms of work, it is poorly managed—the people responsible for project management have no management training, do not communicate with the team, give rigid and impossible deadlines (unless you work overtime), and blame their incompetence on the employees, while the boss argues that it is because of the stressful nature of their work. The boss of this company promises training and development, and then you get a project that you either do and stay or don't do and get fired. There is no concept of paid overtime, which you have to take to get the projects done, and their subsequent acceptance is also problematic because there are projects with deadlines.
