      - Understanding management - Flexible work hours - Family culture - Great coworkers - Dog friendly - Room for career growth if you take initiative

      - There can be a lack of structure, so if you're a stickler for procedures and policies, it can be a little disconcerting. Management seems to be actively trying to fix this. - (Partial con): The office is on Granville Island, so while you have access to the Public Market and plenty of food options, you also have to deal with tourists during the summer
