I have been into the environment if you are looking for a good job do not think it is for you. If you have the only option in the world then only you do and work here. I suggest and never to suggest any friend to join such place. All the top management including HR all are dumb and they think they can buy a person for few thousands. And they do not bother to play with any ones career if you are going to leave your current job for this companies offer. I will suggest never do such mistake. You are not advised to join here until you left with no other options in your life a person with self respect and pride will not even join if joined will never continue. The organisation staff and even a office boy is not stable will keep changing every week. Whensoever joining ask HR the consistency percentage of employees. All the positive reviews are given by HR any smart person can understand the content of positive reviews are fake and are given by company HR itself . I don't have any issues or any personal grudges with company or anyone just the review is to guide all those who think its a good organisation so that no one will waste their time to to to interview or you think to leave your current job for this worst option. Hardly you will find any person who have served their for more than six months if anyone he deserve to have some padmabhushana avard for serving their. God bless those who going to join. - Contrary to all the standards. - No where no one in the organisation has a way to talk specially top levels. - No wonder once you join you will understand the things mentioned above.
