Pros

Opportunities to try different roles. Enterprise opportunities.

Cons

Just run. News program only 2-4 years old, and it shows. Management does not know what they are doing, most do not have a broadcast background. Newsroom extremely toxic. Jerk behavior common. Lies from management common. Micromanagement. Yelling. Screaming. Name calling. Pay is ridiculously below market. Little to no talent development/training.

Pros

None. There are absolutely no pros.

Cons

Cameramen - 40+ hour work week, below minimum wage pay. Newspeople - starting salary is barely above miniumum wage. These are for jobs that require degrees. There are no benefits.
