      Pros

      Excellent life - work balance. Management is understanding and helpful. Great environment.

      Cons

      Heavily sales driven causing operations to be under tons of pressure, unfortunately current operations management style creates lots of frustration, operators feel unsupported by supervisors and operations management staff.

      Hard working people on the plant floor. Supervisors are good.

      Cons

      Dishonest in their hiring practices. High turnover. North America is too focused on growth that they don't see they are driving people out the door.
