Great location, nice and casual environment, friendly schedules "MOST CAPABLE" management ever I've experienced

Management is an EXPERT IN EMPTY TALKS, a lot of things are MESSY, including the office layout (desks are small and they are still trying to fit in more people). The management set rules and then break the rules themselves - NO CREDIBILITY at all. People there are nice, but they tend to focus on their specific areas and ignore the big picture. Prior to accepting their offer, HR offered a lower-than-expected salary package, but said there would be a salary review after probation. However, this had never happened. When asked, they kept procrastinating and tried to keep things as vague as possible. The same happened to quite some people. After working there for some time, I finally understand why it fails to grow big, even it has been 20 years in the industry. When simple things cannot be done well, and basic foundations are not strong, what else could we expect? I f you are looking for STAGNANCY, MEDIOCRITY and just a relaxing work place, perhaps this would be the best choice.
