      If you're a fresher and want to learn about only .NET framework THEN ONLY go for it

      Cons

      No flexible working hours Not even flexible lunch/break timings Only and Only .NET framework in the name of IT company (Android and SQL is there too) Pathetic HR Policies If you're connected with so called senior management team then you're literally in HELL MD, CEO and all "family run" people are not supportive, although they show that they're very supportive but reality is masked They have SLA (Bond) of 2-3 years with no exit clause, although HR will say that exceptions are there but NO HR/TL/Managers are only faces the orders are coming from MD/CEO A complete family run business Salaries will get credited by 10th of every month or maybe beyond Hikes are very less in appraisal Values & Culture are just names here, they do not have any. Forget about work/personal life balance. They will ask you to work on Sundays too.

      We have taken cognisance of your comments. We wish to inform that MasterSoft is growing 5X year on year, which in itself is a testimony to the good aspect of being associated with MasterSoft. Most of them display a personal dislike of the company and does not give a clear picture. You seem to be disgruntled due your personal experience. We have more than 400 employees working at MasterSoft who deliver good work day in day out, which may have you as an exception, hence you ahev vented out your personal thought. Get a life at the earliest.

      Only thier Office Premises is good.

      Cons

      You to sign an SLA for 2yrs. They can fire you at any point of time but if want to leave the organisation then you to fulfill their 2yrs Bond and 3months Notice Period. Sometimes your salary might get hold for 2-3 days. Travelling is very extensive.

      As we work in a niche sector, rapport building is an important aspect to ones growth and progression. Hence we look at a commitment. Our salaries are processed on a defined date which is standard. The success of Sales and BD positions are in direct proposition to the quantum travel done as you are provided with Sales incentives

      Nothing is good about this company

      Cons

      This company makes fake promises , worst management, poor exit policies, lesser salaries, they always get irritate when employees ask for leave, no flexibility. It is more like a school they restrict their employees. Employees have to work extra even after office hours.
