      Staffing, Staffing, Staffing. The lack of adequate staffing severely hampers the ability to do what you’re hired to do. Manage. Sales is a demanding profession in itself so when you have to cover for other districts that you are not responsible for, how could you ever excel? Leadership sets an unreasonable expectation knowing the long-standing staffing issues. District Managers have some of the lowest turnover in the company because of loyalty and that gets taken advantage of.

      Long hours. Way too low of pay for the amount of work they want you to do. They expect you to be a warehouse worker and your job title. It came time for me to part ways due to all the cons. They charged me $150 for uniform. Which was ONE polo shirt which was left at the warehouse but please know this was a hand me down shirt out of a cardboard box with stains already on it from someone else. But $150 seems feasible right.. what a joke. If I could give this company zero stars I would. But the best I can do is warn others. If you value your life outside of here do not work here. If you want to enjoy your job. Do not work here. There is NO sense of the Red Bull culture running through here. If there is an issue and you talk to management they will laugh at you and tell you welcome to matador.

      There are certain freedoms you will not get in other companies.

      Cons

      The amount of work that is asked for you to complete in one day is almost impossible. The hours are horrible… 4:30- whenever you finish what is assigned. That can be 1pm or 5pm but most days you’re working 11hour days. It’s exhausting and not for people who have families that they want to spend quality time with.
