      Pros

      Salary was amazing and perks were superior. Owner is friendly. Work life balance was great. I mean no company you just sit and do nothing so you work because that is what job is for.

      Cons

      I am surprise how many people quit every couple months. Very odd. Not sure why. Owner has a temper that can be heard across the office. Not the most diverse crowd at work and some ignorant.
