      Pros

      - Great coworkers and working environment. - Opportunities to learn and grow - Accumulate knowledge and industry insights - Flexible working hours - Decent pay and compensation - Open door policy - Senior Management Support - You will be looked after - Transferrable expertise - opportunities for travel (somewhat limited and very situational but it is available)

      Cons

      - location (for me) is a little difficult, commuting time is extensive - organizational management issues - Vague hierarchy - Interdepartmental sensitivities (Politics) - lack of clear and robust communication - Workload can be overwhelming and unpredictable - You will occasionally work beyond your job description duties - Easy to get lost and confused while working on tasks - very weak induction and orientation with the organization and its departments.
