I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my time at the company over the past year as an Assistant Video Editor. Overall, I have had a positive experience and I am grateful for the opportunity to work here. In particular, I appreciate the company's support in helping me overcome my financial status. Before joining the company, I struggled to support myself and my family. However, with the stable income and benefits provided by this job, I have been able to contribute to my household and even help support my parents financially. This has been a huge relief for me and has improved my quality of life significantly. I also want to highlight the positive work environment and the opportunities for growth and learning that I have had during my time here. The team has been supportive and collaborative, and I have learned valuable skills that will benefit me in my career moving forward. Overall, I am happy with my job and the positive impact it has had on my life outside of work. Thank you for providing me with this opportunity and for the support you and the team have provided along the way.
Cons
One challenge that I have faced at times is a lack of clear communication or feedback from management. While I appreciate the autonomy and trust that I have been given in my role, there have been occasions where I have not received clear guidance or feedback on my work. This has sometimes led to confusion or uncertainty about what is expected of me and how I can improve. I think that more frequent and constructive feedback from management would be helpful in ensuring that I am meeting expectations and can continue to grow and develop in my role.

Kind and genuine Boss when it comes to Family matters. Values and considers Family Problems.
Cons
Inappropriate salary rates for the length rendered for the job. Too much workload for the compensation rate. Suffered anxiety because of issues you need to resolve on your own.
