The company has absolutely no strategy or has its strategy extremely poorly executed. Major shareholders made money else where and just don't care this company at all. In last two years they hired executives from exchanges who don't understand the asset management business model but have brought in a lot of toxic culture and staffs. Old staffs are leaving. Financials and compensations are a big black box.

No bonuses, or late bonuses in small amounts. Ensure you get your basic monthly salary as expected. People here mostly speak in Mandarin, so it can be difficult for non-Mandarin speakers. Management's strategy is not clearly communicated throughout town hall.
