Maven is worst company, I have wasted my time in working with Maven. Seriously guys don’t waste your time here. Don’t spoil your career in Maven. Environment of company is worst. Salary most of time late in 2-3 months. Maven has a tendency to hire employee for 3-4 months and getout without salary. Your job is not secure in Maven, any day in evening of the day HR will tell you that no need to come from tomorrow, Company doesn't have new projects and hence company does not have the funds to pay you and they will not pay your pending salary. Company owner and HR is biased, he favours his favourite employees who are their friends no matter they are wrong but he will take their side always. And guys pls don’t go on reviews all reviews done by Maven employees and all positive reviews on google, glassdoor, fb are fake. HR forced everyone to give 5 star reviews rating. So don’t believe it..
