Pros
Clean and aesthetically pleasing, stations and chairs are ergonomically friendly.
Cons
Only performing 2 or 3 haircuts during a 10 h shift makes a very long and slow day, especially after I was warned not to stand and chat with the receptionist because it might look “intimidating” to clients, we were literally told to sit at our stations and kill time on our phones.
