So many amazing opportunities are not able to be reached as a result of narcissistic management.

Low base salary, a micromanaged work environment, and high staff turnover. There’s a noticeable lack of diversity throughout the company, creating a toxic culture that feels unsupportive and far from inclusive, with open racial discrimination from the CEO. Management is inexperienced, and if you perform well, you end up covering others’ work without any incentives, making it difficult to gain valuable learning or career growth. This experience has genuinely put me off from pursuing corporate roles in the future.
