Work from home. Let people be self motivated and let them do what they want to in other projects

Cons

Too many cons. No work ethics and culture. You feel you work in a hostile environment. No respect for employees. I echo same about HR practices that have been raised in earlier reviews. Appraisals are not given and random reasons come up every time during appraisals cycle.
