      Great place to work if you're driven and committed to learn. You get out what you put in. If you work hard, you will be remunerated well. Management are friendly and will grant you autonomy.

      Cons

      Big corporate companies often mean that there's people in other departments making decisions that will impact your job and your customers without prior consultation.

      Lots of support from management and peers as well as incentives. A lot of opportunity to move to other parts of the business as well. Great opportunity to earn good commission with top earners earning over $130k-$150k.

      Cons

      Job can be stressful at times. It can sometimes take a while to have customer issues resolved as it is a large organisation with high volume.
