No Growth-They will recognize your work your designation will change work load will increase but not the salary Regional Bias-If you are Mallu its your place to work and get hikes and promations sorry to mention the name Mallu i even have close friends who are mallus but truth in MBB is, other than them no one else will get promotions and hikes If you are not mallu if at all you need to get good hike and promation you have to praise/pamper the techical manager then only they will give good rating Politics-They play worst when it comes to appraisal you will get 1% or 2% also as your hike for year that can be less thank 1k No Freedom -You are not allowed to point out seniors mistakes even though you found blunders in their work.If you make any mistakes they will save your mistakes in Database and open that database at the time of apprisal No Work life balance-You have to forget about your personal life Worst POs-Few Product Owners are there on the floor they knows about the people who really works hard for project but they are not ready to give credits to them Don't know what is stopping them
