Well list is non ending. Let me start with
1) You will work in name of somebody else. If you anyhow or unintentionally reveals your identity to client, project will get terminated and you will be the one to get blamed.
2) Team Leader will not help you at all, I will not specifically mention someone here. My TL didnt have any knowledge about the process. She is there to just point out mistakes and if you ask her for any help she will always give excuses.
3) They don't give you any system to work on. You will have to work on your own system and if there is any break down in system, company will not give any reimbursement. This happened with me also.
4) Appraisal policy is just on paper; Everyone will get same appraisal, whether you work with dedication or just pass time.
5) You will entitled to 2 years of bound period and you will not get experience letter even if you pay bound amount.
6) There will be no appraisal between 6 month and 2 years from your joining date.
7) You are not allowed to take any leave in first one year.
8) Nothing new to learn.
9) Salary date is 10
