Nice office in the city center, fair compensation

A lack of professionalism. There's been a focus on their core values, without tackling underlying problems that have been there for years. The company is lacking an expectation of job related tasks and responsibilities. They want to be a startup without knowing where to head next.

Fun colleagues, nice work/life balance, good career opportunities if you're self reliant. Yearly abroad company trip is a highlight! Also very stable in sense of growth / finances.

The tv industry is not the most exciting industry
