      Great Colleagues and culture - management out of touch with business

      The people are great. Very professional and always willing to help, but also open for a good beer after a day of work.

      Cons

      Due to the growth of the company a lot of people were hired. Also in management, however this new management makes strategic decisions that are not always aligned with the industry and market segment that we're serving. It becomes harder to believe in the long-term story...
