      - A lot of autonomy but this can sometimes be bad - Light workload - Good pay

      Cons

      - Very disorganized, the company has no direction, even payroll is a mess - No real guidance or support, from the moment I started I worked alone on the second day having no clue what to do and the manager at the time got mad at me for making mistakes when she never trained me... - Company plans and processes change by the minute, nothing sticks.
