Would only recommend working here to my worst enemy

Pros

There's nothing positive except supportive colleagues to share the negative experience working here

Cons

- Terrible politics and incompetent leadership – Founder was very transparent that he has favourites in the office. In general, just an unhealthy environment to work in when you’re secluded out of the circle. - Company does not deliver promises - Many softwares and equipment were not been upgraded despite the management promising them during countless team huddles - No effort to strengthen team or individual’s morale – evident by their inability to retain employees (high headcount of people leaving) - Employees are unappreciated and overworked – almost always had stay back for many OTs (over-times) and the only reward was paid cab fare. - Absolutely no work-life balance BONUS: All of us have to share toilet keys, to go to the toilet. We do not have our own personal assigned keys to enter the public toilet.

Pros

People are nice. You will grow, there is a plan for you here but it is up to you to take it. If you just want a peaceful happy life here, maybe it's not for you.

Cons

But people do talk behind your backs. The revisions will be endless and there will be nights where you wonder why you are even doing this for. Work life balance doesn't exist, and you have to work on pet projects on top of your daily day to day tasks to pass probation. We also have kpi where they make you work on extra things like reports that you document about each colleague strength and weaknesses, and a plan/report on how you train them. If you don't, then they will think you're not doing enough. They also give us a very slow and old laptop. When you raise your concerns, sometimes they gaslight you.
