Talented group of people who care deeply both about the mission of curing diabetes as well as about each of the individuals who work there. Good opportunity to play an integral part in cultivating a novel technology with a lot of potential. Overall a great work environment.
Cons
Still a relatively new start-up, so cannot yet offer same compensation/benefits as a more established company. However, this is also typical for an early-stage start-up.
