      Clueless- its not worth the mental struggle!

      Pros

      No accountability. Relaxed dress. Good design and products that are in high demand. nice office.

      Cons

      No leadership. Incredibly stressful environment. Lack of any sort of direction. High turn over in staff. The family feel of the company is restricted to only a certain number of staff. Designers that are protected. Playground type politics. Owner that is out of her depth.

      Lovely office location Newer members of management trying hard to impact change

      Utter resistance to change at the top Senior leadership couldn't make up their mind about ANYTHING, EVER - you'd be tasked with something only to be told that wasn't at all what they wanted when you handed it over - conveniently they refused to put anything in writing ever. Non-existent HR processes Complete lack of organisation in hiring - I was brought on to work on projects that didn't exist Line management massively hands off "Friendly family company" vibe pushed as hard as possible, despite the fact that the entire place felt a bit like a cult. Some employees stay forever, but lots leave within a year.
