      Pros

      Good opportunity for a learning experience. If you are new to property management you will learn the industry. There is a lot of work and your job crosses multiple functions. Mostly 9-5, but be prepared for overtime if you expect to keep up with demands. Also, offer time off and benefits within 30 days of employment.

      Cons

      Technically you have one person who makes all the decisions. It is an owner managed company so don't expect to make a great salary for the amount of work that you do. Also, don't expect to make an impact or get a raise/promotion unless you are friend of the owner.
