Flashy marketing, Contemporary start up vibe.
Cons
Grand visions with seemingly no plan on how to achieve them. Horrific communication with staff, rank being more important than experiance or ability. Shady funding and business arrangements. Constant battle to be paid super, will pay under award rates if they can get away with it. Constant distracting direction changes and rebranding. Whole teams fired on a management whim. Haemorrhaging staff and money after management's personal life got tangled up with business funding, leading to missed pays. Company likely to phoenix soon.

very very interesting place to work, working with the CEO was awesome, it was like going on an acid trip, with no side affects and no residual addiction
