Pros

Few great people/teams to work with - not all teams Good location with nice facilities Beautiful office

Cons

The EA's - certain ones that will gang up on you. Be careful The Facilities Manager - who is horrible and has no communication skills and will treat you entirely differently from how she treats others in the office. She has been fired from her last two jobs and walked off the premises on both occasions. You will be blindsided at every opportunity and get no flexibility whatsoever. Be wise in who you talk to there, no loyalty or care in going back to gossip and talk about you behind your back.

Pros

MetLife operates with the agility of a small company with the backing of a global company. They have some great benefits and an inclusive culture. Location of the Sydney office is top notch.

Cons

At times some business units can be siloed however this has been improving lately.
