      HI tech oriented with talented employees and some managers

      Cons

      Senior leadership seems biased towards the "In Crowd" sometimes based on personality, style over substance. As business declined, some good employees were let go or treated poorly.

      -- Salary commensurate with experience -- Mentoring program is active, useful -- Back office staff are professional and care about you -- Leadership states and applies values consistently and transparently

      Cons

      -- Government consulting industry was hit hard in 2025. Downsizing was required, we lost a lot of talent, there were no performance raises in 2025, only COLAs.
