Pros

- There is a lot of knowledge in the company. - Taking annual leave is easy. - All travel, even travel to offices, is expensible.

Cons

- Alten has a huge impact on MA and its employees. We were all seen as numbers and nothing else. - People were leaving every month. - Don't anticipate building a big pension pot; it is statutory. - Be prepared to do a lot of SSIS and PowerBI, which is where the bulk of the income is generated in the company. There is little to no innovation going on. - Everyone is very siloed. - SLT and SMT are doing an abysmal job when it comes to pay rises and bonuses. - Monthly financial all-hands is not fully transparent and requires a lot of reading between the lines. - Pay bands are not great and can be changed at any given time. - Pay rise and promotions were still not clear, and where they were clear, they were not being adhered to. - Tuesday breakfast in the London office has been taken away. - Monthly Pizza party on the last Thursday of the month has been moved from 4/5 pm to 6/7 pm.
